QUINTVS Cabernet Sauvignon represents the pinnacle of the ADAMVS portfolio. Named after the Latin word for "fifth," it symbolizes the estate's pursuit of harmony through the five classical elements—earth, water, air, fire, and spirit. Produced only in limited quantities, QUINTVS is crafted from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon parcels of the estate, selected for their exceptional concentration, structure, and complexity.

Each vineyard block is vinified separately before the final blend is assembled.
