Adelsheim Vineyard is one of the pioneering wineries of Oregon's Willamette Valley, founded in 1971 by David Adelsheim. For more than five decades, the estate has been instrumental in establishing Oregon as one of the world's premier regions for Pinot Noir, producing wines that faithfully express the individuality of each vineyard site.

Single Vineyard Pinot Noir – Ribbon Springs Vineyard is sourced exclusively from the acclaimed Ribbon Springs Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA, one of the smallest and most prestigious sub-appellations within Willamette Valley. The vineyard's ancient marine sedimentary soils, gentle slopes, and cool climate create ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, yielding wines of remarkable elegance, aromatic complexity, and finesse.

Each parcel is harvested by hand and vinified separately before aging in French oak barrels. The restrained use of oak enhances texture and complexity while allowing the vineyard's distinctive red fruit, floral aromatics, and mineral character to shine.
