subtle green highlights.
Very intense and refreshing with aromas of
grapefruit, pineapple and quince, mingled with
notes of tropical fruit (melon and guava) and hints
of marzipan imparted by ageing in French oak
barrel.
The potent attack gives way to a rich mid palate
with good volume, good acidity, with fruity notes
such as grapefruit culminating in a long finish with
subtle toasty nuances.
