The Médoc is a region of France, well known as a wine growing region, located in the département of Gironde, on the left bank of the Gironde estuary, north of Bordeaux. Its name comes from (Pagus) Medullicus, or "country of the Medulli", the local Celtic tribe. The region owes its economic success mainly to the production of red wine; it is home to around 1,500 vineyards.
Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Rose is Made from combination grape of Merlot 65%, Cabernet france 20% and Cabernet Sauvignon 15%. Brilliant deep pink in color, wild strawberry and red fruit on aroma. The attack is full and round, dominated by fresh fruit. A pleasant and succulent wine, it has a supple and elegant tannin structure and a fresh, remarkably long finish that lingers on red fruit flavour.
