Yellow with green reflections, intense aroma of yellow flowers (gorse),white fruits with a note of minerals and citrus fruit. Persistent flower with a touch of fresh fruit, bitter almond and nutmeg. Goes well with fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10° - 12° C.

VINEYARD : Cataratto (100%).
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT : After grapes removing from the stalks,soft pressing. Musts preventive cleaning with static clarification and fermentation at controlled temperature. Must decantation and removal into inoxidizable tanks for a five months refinement.

SOIL TYPOLOGY :The soils in the Marsala area are sandy with a good amount of slime and little clay.
