เนื้อหาสินค้า

Champagne Charles Collin is a respected cooperative house located in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of Champagne. This region is renowned for producing expressive Champagnes with excellent fruit character, particularly from Pinot Noir, while maintaining the freshness and finesse expected from traditional-method sparkling wines.

The house was founded in 1952 and has built a reputation for crafting authentic Champagnes that showcase the unique terroir of the Aube. The vineyards benefit from Kimmeridgian limestone soils, similar to those found in nearby Chablis, contributing freshness, minerality, and elegance to the wines.

Charles Collin Brut is produced using the traditional Champagne method (Méthode Traditionnelle), with secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle followed by extended aging on lees. This process develops fine bubbles, creamy texture, and subtle pastry-like complexity.

The result is a versatile and approachable Champagne that balances vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, and delicate autolytic notes, making it equally enjoyable as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
