M de Haut-Médoc is the estate's signature cuvée, crafted from carefully selected vineyard parcels planted on classic gravel soils. These well-drained soils encourage deep root development, producing grapes with concentration, structure, and excellent aging potential.
The blend is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and a small proportion of Petit Verdot. Traditional vinification followed by aging in French oak barrels adds complexity while preserving the wine's fresh fruit and regional identity.
The result is a refined Bordeaux that combines vibrant black fruit, subtle oak influence, and polished tannins, making it an excellent introduction to the elegant style of the Haut-Médoc.
