WINEMAKING:
The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc portions of this wine were machine-harvested and processed separately to preserve the varietal differences before being blended. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to enhance aromatics and freshness. Minimal fining was done before filtration and bottling
