This wine is full flavoured and fruit driven with a touch of spice. The nose offers aromas of mullberries, black berries and plums with subtle spicynotes. Tobacco and leather are further complexed by the white pepper and cloves complimenting those fruits. A full flavoured wine with soft tannins make this perfect style of wine to have with or without food. Enjoy with beef tomato and mushroom braise.

WINEMAKING:
Several different batches of Shiraz were blended to create this juicy wine. The grapes were machine-harvested, crushed, and destemmed into stainless steel fermenters, then pumped over twice daily. Careful extraction and ageing in a mix of stainless steel and barrels ensured a smooth, well-balanced wine with plenty of character, complemented by some oak influence from the staves in the tank
