Col de’ Salici represents a more premium expression of Prosecco, sourced from the prestigious hills of Valdobbiadene DOCG, the heart of high-quality Prosecco production.
Unlike standard Prosecco DOC, Valdobbiadene wines come from hillside vineyards with better drainage, sun exposure, and lower yields—resulting in wines with greater finesse, complexity, and aromatic purity.
The Extra Dry style refers to a slightly higher level of residual sugar than Brut, giving the wine a soft, approachable sweetness that enhances fruit character while maintaining freshness.
