Coppi Senatore Primitivo Gioia del Colle

Coppi is a historic, family-owned winery based in Puglia, widely respected for preserving the identity of southern Italy’s native grape varieties. Founded in the early 20th century, the estate has become a reference point for Primitivo from Gioia del Colle, a sub-zone known for elegance and structure rather than excessive ripeness.

The “Senatore” cuvée is Coppi’s flagship expression of Primitivo—crafted to honour traditional viticulture while showcasing a more refined, terroir-driven style that distinguishes Gioia del Colle from the richer, warmer coastal areas of Puglia.
