Winemaking & Terroir: Made from **100% Gros Manseng ** grapes grown on clay-limestone slopes in the Jurançon appellation, near the Pyrenees Mountains. The Pét-Nat method involves bottling before fermentation is complete, allowing the natural CO₂ to create the wine’s gentle sparkle. No added sugars, no filtration — just pure expression of grape and terroir.
