Domaine du Pélican Arbois Savagnin "Maceration Pelliculaire"

Domaine du Pelican is the Jura property, owned and operated by Guillaume d'Angerville proprietor of the famous Domaine Marquis d'Angerville in Burgundy. After being served a Jura Chardonnay in Paris, Guillaume decided to search for vineyards in the Jura and eventually he put together just under 15 hectares of vineyards in Montigny-les-Arsures in Arbois.

The estate is managed by Guillaume’s Volnay Regisseur and partner in Domaine du Pelican Francois Duvivier, who runs a team permanently based in the Jura. The vines are between Arbois and Montigny. Vitally all 15 hectares are within 2km of each other, the same as in Volnay, this allows the estate to grow the vineyards bio-dynamically.
