A very pure, white-stone character on the nose, framed beautifully by some fresh, matchsticky reduction. This is immediately very convincing. The palate is super, lightly mineral, rich in pear and white peach fruit, a marker of the vintage, though it is superbly reductive also. It builds into a great, grippy finish, with a really mineral frame here, very long and taut, but textured too. This is nothing short of stunning.
