Sourced from biodynamically grown grapes, this single-vineyard Chablis highlights penetrating white-peach and grapefruit flavors accented by wisps of smoke and incense. While concentrated and voluminous in mouthfeel, it's cut by steely edges of acidity and a zesty lime-pith finish. The wine drinks well young and should maintain peak through 2027.
