“Lava” by Fantini is inspired by the dramatic volcanic landscapes of southern Italy, where vines grow in mineral-rich volcanic soils that impart depth and character to the wine.
Aglianico, often called the “Barolo of the South,” is one of Italy’s most powerful grape varieties—naturally high in tannin and acidity, capable of producing wines with remarkable structure and aging potential.
