Our Cuvée Blanc brings together the fresh clarity of Silvaner and the
structure and elegance of Chardonnay. Gentle pressing and
temperature-controlled fermentation preserve purity and aromatics,
followed by a short period on fine lees to enhance texture and
complexity. The result is a harmonious wine that reflects the mineral
character and vitality of Rheinhessen, offering both approachability
and depth.
