A very lively wine with great freshness, it is delicate and subtle, delineated by aromas of white fruit, floral notes of lilac, touches of citrus and saline minerals. After aeration, in the still glass a clear note of sweet hazelnut appears.

Produced by Bodegas Montecillo, this Albariño reflects the fresh Atlantic character of Rías Baixas in northwestern Spain. While Montecillo is historically known for Rioja wines, its Albariño showcases the estate’s commitment to regional expression beyond Rioja.
Rías Baixas is shaped by cool maritime influence, granite soils, and high humidity, conditions that produce Albariño with vibrant acidity and distinctive saline minerality. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves aromatic intensity and fruit purity, resulting in a clean, crisp white wine that captures the freshness of the Galician coast.
