My favorite vintage of the vertical, Morlet's 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Coeur de Vallee is incredibly deep and intense, loaded with almost liquorous-smelling notes of cassis and plum. Full-bodied, ripe, creamy and plush, this wine really nails it, with a velvety-silky texture and enormous length on the finish.
