Located in the sun-drenched hills of Valencia, the estate works exclusively with certified organic vineyards. “Hey You Red” represents the approachable side of the portfolio—fruit-forward, vibrant, and expressive of Mediterranean warmth, yet crafted with freshness and balance in mind.
Minimal intervention winemaking allows the fruit to shine. Fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures to preserve aromatics, while oak influence (if used) is subtle and supportive rather than dominant. The result is a wine that feels modern, clean, and lively—an authentic reflection of contemporary Spanish organic winemaking.
