เนื้อหาสินค้า

Founded in 1851, Nino Costa is a historic family estate located in the heart of Roero, Piedmont, specifically on a hilltop overlooking the village of Monta. For generations, the Costa family has dedicated themselves to viticulture, with the current winemaker, Alessandro Costa, taking the reins in 2009 after studying in Alba and gaining international experience. Under Alessandro's leadership, the winery has combined deep-rooted family traditions with a creative, modern vision, redesigning the cellar and refining working methods to ensure each bottle serves as a true expression of the territory and his own artistic philosophy.

The Sarun bottling is sourced from 16-year-old vines grown in the yellow-ochre sandy soils typical of the Monta and Canale areas. These well-draining soils, rich in marine fossils and limestone, provide the natural acidity and mineral tension that define high-quality Arneis. Committed to honest agriculture, the estate employs organic methods, using only natural fertilizers and zero herbicides to preserve the health of the vineyards. The winemaking process focuses on preserving freshness, utilizing stainless steel fermentation and six months of aging on the lees with regular batonnage to build a round, concentrated palate that remains elegant and precise.
