A well-balanced red, offering a fine, lively mousse, with mouthwatering acidity. Pleasing pink grape fruit pith bitterness provides appealing counterpoints to a rich range of baked white peach, candied orange peel, marzipan, ground ginger and brioche notes. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Legacy of the “Blason”

Cuvée Founded in 1811, the house of Perrier‑Jouët has long cultivated elegance, floral expression and refined Champagne style. This cuvée draws on that heritage and adds a rosé dimension anchored by the depth of Pinot‑Noir and the freshness of Chardonnay.

The “Blason” name evokes the prestige cuvées introduced in 1955; this rosé version carries that tradition into a more daring, meal‑ready expression of Champagne that defies the usual light rosé stereotype.

Created for gastronomy and bold pairings, it confidently plays across a whole menu—not just as an aperitif or dessert wine—but elegantly through to richer savoury dishes and red‑meat accompaniments.
