Rive della Chiesa – Crafting Sparkling Simplicity
Nestled on the slopes of Montello in the province of Treviso, the family‑run estate of Azienda Agricola Rive della Chiesa (Gasparetto family) derives its name from the old vineyard site near the little church (“chiesa”) that anchors their history.
From these red‑soiled hills, they cultivate 100% Glera vines, all grown with careful attention to terroir, yielding fruit that is pressed gently and transformed via the Charmat‑Martinotti method into lively, aromatic sparkling wines.
This Extra Dry expression captures the essence of Veneto’s Prosecco tradition: delicate bubbles, bright fruit and floral notes, and a light sweetness that makes it both inviting and versatile. The bottle echoes the family’s commitment to quality, place and celebration of local identity.
