เนื้อหาสินค้า

Tasca d Almerita is a historic family owned estate that has been a benchmark for Sicilian viticulture since 1830. Across eight generations, the family has expanded from its mother estate, Tenuta Regaleali, to manage five distinct territories across Sicily, each selected for its unique personality and potential. The Tascante project, launched on Mount Etna in 2007, represents the family s deep fascination with the highest volcano in Europe. As a certified B Corp and a pioneer of the SOStain and VIVA sustainability programs, the Tasca family integrates a philosophy of environmental stewardship with technical innovation, ensuring that their winemaking practices preserve the delicate ecosystems and cultural heritage of the island for future generations.

The Contrada Rampante vineyard is situated on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at an average altitude of 740 meters, where the vines grow on ancient volcanic soils aged between 4,000 and 15,000 years. This high altitude terroir is characterized by significant diurnal temperature shifts and steep, stone walled terraces that demand rigorous manual labor. The 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes benefit from a slow, late ripening period, resulting in a wine of profound mineral depth and aromatic precision. Following the family s commitment to minimal intervention, the wine is matured in large Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months to preserve the verticality and elegant purity of the volcanic fruit, offering an authentic expression of Etna s cool noblesse.
