Campo di Sasso is made up of three different plots of vineyards, located west of the road that connects Bibbona to Bolgheri at the lowest point, which means that the land is more sandy and the climate is warmer during the summer months. These conditions are ideal for the cultivation of Syrah, which represents 34% of the Boar Insoglio mix.
