“Doroverde” is Tombolini’s expression of Verdicchio in its most classic and vibrant form, sourced from vineyards within the historic Classico zone of Castelli di Jesi.
The “Superiore” classification indicates lower yields and higher quality fruit, resulting in more concentration and structure compared to standard Verdicchio. The region’s limestone and clay soils, combined with cooling Adriatic breezes, create wines with signature freshness, minerality, and aromatic clarity.
Unlike the richer Riserva styles, Doroverde focuses on precision, brightness, and drinkability, making it a perfect example of Verdicchio’s versatility and elegance.
