Origin :
This wine takes its name from the emerald colour of the Mediterranean and is made from the varieties Mosacatel de Alejandría (85%), Gewürztraminer (15%).
Serving suggestions :
Excellent with shellfish (a sublime match for an avocado and shellfish salad, for instance), as well as with fish, fresh melon with cured Spanish ham, pâtés, poultry or pork in a sweet and sour sauce. Serve at 11ºC.
