Produced by Velenosi Vini, a respected winery founded in 1984 and known for crafting expressive wines from central Italy. While the estate is based in Marche, Velenosi also produces wines from neighboring Abruzzo, a region famous for the Montepulciano grape.
The name “Onda” means wave in Italian, symbolizing the influence of the nearby Adriatic Sea and the fresh Mediterranean climate that shapes the vineyards. Warm days allow grapes to develop ripe fruit flavors, while cooler nights preserve balance and freshness.
