“La Rivetta 120”: 120 Days for Peak Expression La Rivetta 120 takes its name from the 120 days the wine spends on its lees. Grapes are sourced from sun‑soaked slopes of Valdobbiadene, where the winery emphasises light pressing and cool fermentation.
