Brilliant chartreuse, classical fruity bouquet, strong, rich nuanced taste with lively acidity, impressions of fine, peppery Veltliner flavor on the palate; a complex, very typical Grüner Veltliner of a loess soil. Very good to bright meat (chicken, calf, rabbit) or baked carp, as well as to bright inwards (sweetbread!) and cold fish starters; also goes well with Austrian classical dishes such as Viennese Schnitzel and roast pork.
