A New Rosé Chapter in Prosecco Territory In the rolling vineyards of Veneto (Italy), the historic house of Zonin expands its sparkling line‑up with this rosé version of Prosecco. The wine blends the region’s signature Glera grape with a portion of Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) to give it that delicate pink hue and added complexity.
The method : Glera and Pinot Nero are harvested the same season, vinified separately (Glera as white‑press, Pinot Nero red pressed) and then undergo secondary fermentation using the Charmat (tank) method for at least 60 days — resulting in lively, fresh bubbles and straightforward charm.
