Alamos Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from carefully selected vineyards across Mendoza, where elevations ranging from 900 to over 1,500 meters above sea level provide ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm sunny days promote full ripeness, while cool Andean nights preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and natural acidity.
Following fermentation, the wine is matured partially in French and American oak barrels, adding subtle notes of cedar, vanilla, and spice while maintaining the vibrant black fruit that defines Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon.
