Château Minuty is one of Provence's most iconic wine estates and has been a benchmark for premium rosé since its establishment in 1936. Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the estate is recognized as one of only a select number of Cru Classé de Provence properties, producing wines that embody the refinement and lifestyle of the French Riviera.
Minuty 281 is the estate's flagship rosé and one of the most prestigious wines in the portfolio. Its name refers to the distinctive shade of Pantone 281 Blue, inspired by the deep Mediterranean Sea surrounding the vineyards. The striking blue bottle has become an icon of luxury Provence rosé.
Produced from old-vine Grenache complemented by Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino), the grapes are sourced from exceptional coastal vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean. The maritime climate, abundant sunshine, and limestone-schist soils contribute remarkable freshness, aromatic purity, and mineral precision.
Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit expression, Minuty 281 is crafted without oak influence. The result is an elegant, vibrant rosé that perfectly balances concentration with finesse.
