Château Minuty is one of Provence's most prestigious wine estates and among the select Cru Classé de Provence properties. Since 1936, the Matton-Farnet family has dedicated itself to producing rosés that perfectly capture the elegance, freshness, and Mediterranean lifestyle of the French Riviera.
Minuty Rosé et Or ("Rosé and Gold") represents the estate's premium expression of Provence rosé. Crafted from carefully selected coastal vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the wine reflects the exceptional terroir of Côtes de Provence, where abundant sunshine, cooling sea breezes, and limestone-schist soils produce grapes with remarkable aromatic purity and freshness.
The blend combines Grenache for elegance and red fruit, Cinsault for finesse, Syrah for structure, and Rolle (Vermentino) for citrus freshness and mineral complexity. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, the wine preserves the purity of the fruit without the influence of oak.
The result is an elegant, gastronomic rosé that balances delicate fruit, vibrant acidity, and refined minerality—making it one of Provence's benchmark premium rosés.
