This is truly gastronomical wine: its roundness, fullness and fruitness will marry perfectly with crustaceans, such as crab, lobster or scallops. It will also work wonderfully with other fish and meats, and can cope with anything that is slightly spiced. Don't hesitate to drink Le portail alongside a cheeseboard. To enhance this wine, we advise you to decant it approximately an hour before serving at 12°C.
