Domäne Roland Chan was founded in 2017 by Roland Müksch and Sharon Chan. The small-production estate cultivates approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards, including steep terraces in Ried Bach near Wösendorf in the Wachau.
The Riesling comes from the individual Ried Bach vineyard and is produced in the richer Smaragd category. The estate’s 2019 Ried Bach Riesling was also included in James Suckling’s Top 100 Wines of Austria for 2021.
