Finca Fella’s Altado Monastrell Tinto is born from bush-trained vines rooted deep in the rocky, dry soils of Alpera in southeastern Spain. At over 1,000 meters elevation, the vineyard sees warm days and cool nights — perfect for slow, balanced ripening.
Monastrell, known internationally as Mourvèdre, is a grape of intensity and depth. Finca Fella handles it with care, allowing for gentle extraction and controlled fermentation to preserve varietal purity while building structure. A short maturation adds polish without overwhelming the fruit.
