Alvarinho is naturally suited to retain acidity even in warm climates. In Khao Yai’s Asoke Valley, elevation and diurnal temperature shifts help preserve freshness while allowing the fruit to develop expressive aromatics. The result is a wine that combines zesty precision with a subtle tropical Thai signature.
