The name “Gradient” hints at the subtle shifts in altitude and temperature across the vineyard, which help preserve freshness while allowing Syrah to ripen fully. The result is a wine that combines New World ripeness with a touch of Old World spice and structure, showcasing how well Syrah adapts to Thailand’s conditions.
