Xige Estate First Label, Helan Mountain Ningxia (Wooden Case)

Xige Estate has emerged as one of Ningxia’s leading modern wineries, representing the rise of Chinese fine wine on the global stage. Located along the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, the vineyards sit at elevations around 1,000–1,200 meters above sea level.

This high-altitude desert climate delivers intense sunlight, low rainfall, and significant day–night temperature shifts. The conditions encourage thick-skinned grapes with deep pigmentation, natural concentration, and firm tannins, while preserving acidity through cool nights.

The First Label represents the estate’s top-tier expression—crafted from carefully selected vineyard parcels. The blend typically centers on Cabernet Sauvignon, often supported by Cabernet Gernischt (associated in China with Carmenère lineage), enhancing aromatic lift and structural depth.
