Easy tips – Food and wine pairing

Eat what you like, and drink as you eat
Just choose your restaurant first, then when you order the food, just consider what kind of food it is (If your food is French, order the French wine to pair). In general, they are designed to be perfectly matched with their own countries.
Color of the meat : Color of the wine
Many people believe that red meat is always pairing with red wine. Yes, it is! This is the easiest way for food pairing tricks. Remember, white meat (fish, shell, crab, and seafood) should be paired with white wine (Except Salmon because salmon is classified as red meat type).
The above tricks are just simple ways to try and see how they are going well in food pairing, but there is no specific rule for pairing. In other word, we can say that this is the experiment and experience that you can taste by your own.
