Barrel Selection Cabernet Franc is sourced from selected vineyards in the Uco Valley, situated between 1,050 and 1,300 metres above sea level. The combination of intense mountain sunlight, cool Andean nights, and rocky alluvial soils allows Cabernet Franc to develop exceptional aromatic complexity while preserving freshness and natural acidity.

Following hand harvesting, the grapes undergo gentle fermentation before aging in French oak barrels, where the wine gains additional texture and complexity while maintaining the variety's vibrant fruit and herbal character.

The result is an elegant, structured Cabernet Franc that balances ripe fruit, floral aromas, fresh herbal nuances, and refined oak integration.
