Bodegas Salentein is one of Argentina's leading premium wineries in the Uco Valley, renowned for combining high-altitude viticulture with European winemaking expertise. In addition to its acclaimed still wines, the estate produces a collection of traditional-method sparkling wines that showcase the freshness and precision of the Andes.

Cuvée Exceptionnelle Brut Nature is crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Traditionnelle), the same process employed in Champagne. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by extended aging on the lees to develop complexity, texture, and exceptionally fine bubbles.

The grapes are sourced from cool, high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, where significant day-to-night temperature variation preserves natural acidity and aromatic purity. With no dosage added after disgorgement (Brut Nature), the wine expresses the vineyard and winemaking with exceptional clarity, emphasizing freshness, minerality, and precision.
