Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a restrained, balanced Napa style rather than excessive ripeness. Fruit is sourced from carefully selected vineyard parcels within Napa Valley, where warm days and cool evenings allow Cabernet Sauvignon to achieve full phenolic ripeness while preserving structure and natural acidity.
Aging in French oak barrels adds subtle layers of spice and texture without overwhelming the fruit. The result is a Cabernet that emphasizes harmony—ripe yet composed, powerful yet refined.
