Named after founder Jan Shrem’s wife, Mitsuko’s Vineyard reflects a more restrained Napa expression. Unlike opulent, high-alcohol Merlot styles, this bottling emphasizes balance and elegance. Carefully managed vineyard practices ensure phenolic ripeness without excess sugar accumulation.
