Weingut Sutter is located in Hohenwarth, a traditional wine village in Lower Austria with a documented history dating back to 1150. Viticulture in the area reaches even further back, with wine cultivation recorded as early as the 10th century.
The estate’s vineyards are planted on light sandy loess, loam, and terraced gravel soils. Warm daytime temperatures and cool nights help the grapes develop ripe fruit while preserving freshness, aromatic clarity, and natural acidity.
Sutter focuses on understanding the characteristics of each vineyard site and expressing those differences through its wines. Frizzante Trilogy is crafted as a fresh and approachable lightly sparkling wine, combining vibrant fruit with soft effervescence and an easy-drinking style.
Unlike fully sparkling Spumante, Frizzante has gentler carbonation, creating a softer mousse and a particularly refreshing profile.
