Sutter Gruner Veltliner

Weingut Sutter is located in Hohenwarth, a historic wine village in Lower Austria, where viticulture has been practiced for more than a thousand years. The estate's vineyards are planted on sandy loess, loam, and terraced gravel soils, producing wines that express both the freshness and distinctive terroir of the region.

Sutter Grüner Veltliner showcases Austria's flagship white grape variety in its purest form. The vineyards benefit from warm sunshine during the day and cool nights, allowing the grapes to achieve excellent ripeness while preserving vibrant acidity and aromatic precision.

The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the variety's fresh fruit, delicate spice, and mineral character. No oak is used, allowing the wine to express Grüner Veltliner's hallmark purity and freshness.
