Familia Zuccardi is one of Argentina's most respected wineries, internationally recognized for its terroir-driven philosophy. Under the leadership of Sebastián Zuccardi, the estate has become a pioneer in demonstrating how the diverse soils and microclimates of the Uco Valley shape distinctive wine styles.

Zuccardi Polígonos San Pablo Cabernet Franc is part of the Polígonos del Valle de Uco collection, a series dedicated to expressing the identity of individual villages rather than simply grape varieties. This wine originates exclusively from San Pablo GI, one of the coolest and highest vineyard areas in Mendoza.

The vineyards are planted at approximately 1,400 metres above sea level, where cool temperatures, intense Andean sunlight, and limestone-rich alluvial soils allow Cabernet Franc to ripen slowly while preserving remarkable freshness and aromatic complexity. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts, and matured primarily in concrete tanks and large neutral oak barrels, ensuring that the vineyard's character remains the focal point rather than oak influence.

The result is an elegant, terroir-driven Cabernet Franc that emphasizes purity, energy, and mineral expression over power.
